Where We Ship
We deliver worldwide. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use trusted carriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. UPS for domestic shipping and USPS for international shipping. 

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 1-5 business days for Ground shipping within the US. The exact time depends on the distance between the origin and destination. Local and regional shipments may arrive within 1-3 business days, while cross-country deliveries could take 3-5 business days.

• 6-12 business days for Standard international delivery with USPS.
  

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping address, the size, and weight of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Juliette Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please check with neighbors or your local post office if your package is missing.
