Refund policy

Can I return my order?
Yes, You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery. Items must include all original tags.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@juliette.design with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label. Returns are free within USA. For international orders, return shipping will be at your own cost.

Do you offer exchanges? We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order for your preferred option.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank's processing time.

What if my item is defective or damaged? If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue when possible, and we'll make it right immediately.
